For today's challenge, do something that brings you joy. Maybe it is something as simple as blowing bubbles (I mean, how can that NOT be joyful). The point is to make time and be intentional to do something that brings happiness to you. Psychologists suggest this is more effective for our wellbeing than medication and therapy! It is one quick and easy hack to help you change your outlook and spread more joy and optimism into the rest of your life. Heck, there's even a journal to help you track this habit every day!
Doing something joyful in our day, helps us to be more positive at work as well. By having interests and joy in our life, we can bring more of that over into our work life and relationships, and that in turn multiples our happiness!
